v ~/.pgp/pgp.conf puti k pub/sec propistal.
$PGPPATH - sdelal. Vse chto FAQ & manual govoril sdelal.
No v sluchae s "~/.pgp/pgp.conf" v kotorom propisani puti s files. Poluchau pri izvlechenii in e_maila public client'a:

Попробуй в конфигах указывать пути без кавычек ;-))))
