Подскажите пожалуйста где косяк. Необходимо сделать так чтобы анонимные пользователи могли заливать в usr/ftp/incoming. Но пока получается только в /ftp/incoming/. При изменении адреса на /usr/ftp/ файлы не качает, пишет что ошибка при передачи.

В такой конфигурации user может заливать только в /home/usr директорию (можно сделать симлинк c /var/ftp/pub/user на /home/user).
В зависимости от того, закомментирована ли строка "DefaultRoot ~ " или нет, user либо не имеет доступа к остальным каталогам для просмотра, или имеет. Как приспособить это к вашим нуждам, думайте сами.# This is a basic ProFTPD configuration file (rename it to
