Есть мат.плата на чипсете Intel E7210 (южный мост 6300ESB - с поддержкой SATA).Никак не могу заставить FreeBSD 6.0 увидеть SATA контроллер и винт, на нем висящий.
Сам контроллер с винтом рабочие - винт видится биос-ом мат.платы и Linux, загруженный на той же машине, все замечательно увидел.Какие опции и девайсы надо включить в ядро, чтобы ОС увидела контроллер и винт на нем?

device daно этого явно недостаточно, контроллер и винт при загрузке не распознаются.
Система видит только IDE контроллер (оба) и диски, висящие на них.
Загрузись с Generic ядром и увидишь что надо добавлять в твое ядро.

Каким образом можно получить последнии версии этих файлов (не вытаскивая их из свежепоставленной 6.0) ?

Торможу, ониж тоже cvsup_ом обновляются.
Видимо просто меняются не часто (даты создания прошлогодние).

Попробовал 6.1, винты увидел, но зато Adaptec Embedded SATA HostRAID не видит, который в 6300ESB интегрирован.
