Спецом себя не считаю, но на такое же напарывался после обновления postfixa.... попробуй пересоздать hashи или же смотри на доступ к таблицам в mysql...

если ты обновлялся с 2.2.х до 2.3.3, то там кажется немного изменился файл master.cf.
