Это нормальное явление для clamsmtp не доставлять почту получателю, если clamd остановлен или упал ???

LOG:
...
clamsmtpd: 100001: CLAMAV: couldn't connect to: /var/run/clamav/clamd.socket: No such file or directory
...

P.S. Насколько знаю амависы и милтеры доставляют почту априори, а тут ...

If you setup clamsmtp with postfix, as described at the link below,
postfix will keep the mail in the queue when the clamd daemon isn't
working, or another problem exists.
