С винды набираешь \\192.168.1.68, шары выдно, но пытаешься зайти в USERS - запрашивает имя и пароль, ввожу user, pass (user прописан в линуксе, права на папку home есть!) но винда пишет "в доступе отказано"

Машина - FreeBSD 6.2. Samba-3. Пытаюсь войти из под WinXP

Установил самбу, cделал:
adduser,
smbpasswd -a user
smbpasswd -e user

что ж вы, батенька, разрешаете шару только nikos, а добавляете в smbpasswd только user. вы им и логинитесь на самбу?..
в случае "security = share" "valid users" убрать
