насколько я понял, система инициализации устройств в ветках 2.4 и 2.6 сильно отличается.
в 2.4 - я сам мог создавать линки в /dev, а сейчас нет, нужно писать правило в /etc/udev, что можно почитать об этом?

в общем, pnp os не оказал влияния, оказалось 10 прерывание юзают midi контроллер и usb,
можно ли из linux изменить irq?
