REPORTS TO: Infrastructure Manager                                                        
POSITION PURPOSE:
To provide administration and support for telecommunication equipment and network servers.

Key Responsibilities:

•   Install and configure server hardware and software
•   Install and configure telecommunication hardware
•   Provide second level support for server and network-related problems

JOB HOLDER PROFILE:

a)  Education:    
University degree
b)  Experience:
Strong experience in configuring Cisco routers, switches and firewalls. Experience in Cisco IP telephony
systems.
Experience in configuration, installation and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows family servers is a plus.
Duration: 2+ years
c)  Specific Knowledge: -  Cisco PIX firewalls; Cisco Call Manager, Microsoft Windows Server 2003; Microsoft ISA Server
d)  Languages:             
Russian - native
English -technical
e) Core competencies / behaviours:
o  Combination of analytical & creative thinking
o  Ability to keep many things "on-the-go" at once, priority setting, responsible
