Есть: 2621XM (ниже  sh ver)
Не могу пробросить IPSec через NAT внутрь.
По докам с cisco.com версия 12.2
этого не умеет, рекомендовали обновить на более новую.
Следуя инструкциям залил во flash образ с ftp (copy ftp: flash:),
далее действовал инструкции с  cisco.com
Conf t -> no boot system -> boot system flash: c2600-\\\\\\
Далее ^Z -> write memory -> reload

После reload на этапе загрузки ошибка:

Такое впечатление, что криво залил образ во flash
После ошибки идет reload  и происходит загрузка старого образа 12.2

Уже второй день ничего не получается. Прошу доброго совета.
