"Проблема cisco+paradise(sat modem)"

Здрасти народ!!!!

Есть проблема: Cisco 3745 соединена со спутниковым модемом Paradise p300 потоком Е1 (в киске модуль 1CE1B) через серийный порт. Все работает но время от времени линк пропадает. Тоесть порт на киске опускается и поднимается самостоятельно. В чем может быть причина???? Если у кого есть какие догадки подскажите!!!!!!

Какую диагностику??? нк пойму вопрос!! Настройки киски? или модема?

На циске есть какие-нибудь записи при падении канала?

A Loss of Frame indicates that the IPmux lost E1/T1 synch opposite its adjacent E1/T1 device.  
In more detail, this is a period of 2.5 seconds for T1 or 100 msec for E1, during which an OOF (Out Of Frame) error
persisted and no AIS errors were detected.  
For E1 links an OOF defect is declared when three consecutive frame alignment signals have been received with an
error.  

Check all framing related parameters (CRC-4,
CAS enabled/disabled, ESF/D4 (for T1), etc.),
and physical connections.

Три года еб==ся с этими парадайсами........надо копать в сторону синхронизации, бери со спутника. Провадейр московсий космопорт? :-)

У нас штук 10 этих парадайсов по всему Казахстану, работаем через NNS-6, транспордер на спутнике Голандцам пренадлежит, уточню напишу. И везде такая проблема порт падает поднимается! Так ето точно что проблемма именнов синхронизации парадайса?

Мне кажется что проблема между Cisco и парадайсом!! Потому что откинув линк на парадайсе на прием от спутника cisco молчала.Тоесть cisco ругается на соединение именно Е1 канала. Так что я думаю что дальше парадайса залазить не надо.

А вот ребята на вопрос откуда берется синхронизация ответить не могу, попросту не знаю, даже как узнать не знаю ((((((
