"Проблема с Etherchannel"

Есть 3560G и 2960G
2960G подключен к 3560G через 2 Gigabit Ethernet аплинка.
Порты объединены в channel-group. При этом при отключении первого (GigabitEthernet0/1) порта связь пропадает. При отключении второго все ОК- такое впечатление что все работает только через 1 порт. Все три порта (2 гигабитных и portchannel) в Up`е.

А где Указан лоадбаланс?

Покажите sh etherchannel summary с обоих маршрутизаторов.
И почему на 3560 в конфигурации port-channel нету sw tr enc d ?
Покажите лучше все конфиги. И еще sh int.

Кстати переделал с on на active (LACP) ситуация улучшилась, но переключение идет около 30 секунд, без агрегации (просто при STP) переключался за 15 секунд. Причем переключение идет как-то странно. Пингую один хост- отключаю порт пинг пропадает на 30-40 сек, однако если в это время начать пинговать другой хост пинги идут. Может действительно load-balance в другой режим переключить. И для ускорения переключения pvst на rapid-pvst поменять

Да вроде все намана у вас. Ну попробуйте сделать spanning-tree vlan 1-4094 priority 4096

В смысле нормально- т.е. переключение должно занимать столько времени? ведь без агрегации по STP переключение идет 15 сек, а сейчас 30-40... rapid-pvst не поможет?????
И насчет load-balancing оставить как есть (src-mac)?

На одном из коммутаторов сделайте
port-channel load-balance dst-mac

На сколько я помню, в случае падения одного из линков, время разбора (или пересбора) портченела не более 3-4 секунд.
