Уважаемые гуру подскажите, что не так, циска 1760V не могу на нее дозвонится, постоянно занято, хотя если телефоный проводок из нее выдернуть, гудки при дозвоне нормальные!!! Проблема в отбойниках или в согласовании???

А если на voice-port делаешь sh, no sh, тоже занято? Покажи настройки порта.
