Привет всем ! на cisco прописал ntp server адресссервера prefer

А вас не смущает ntp disable на каком то интерфейсе?
Попробуйте временно вообще убрать ACL с интерфейсов, посмотрите - может засинхронизируецца.
Ну и раньше я помню если довольно большой промежуток был между временем на cisco и реальным - то приходилось ручками подводить поближе, а потом они синхронизировались сами.
