Titan FTP Server Directory Traversal Vulnerability

SUMMARY
A security vulnerability exists in South River Technologies' Titan FTP
Server, by issuing an especially crafted STAT command it is possible to
cause the server to list directories that reside outside the bound FTP
root directory.
