1. Problem Description

	The vi editor uses temporary names that are predictable. A
	user could use this vulnerability to write arbitrary files.


2. Vulnerable Versions

  4.3 Installing Fixed Binaries

	Upgrade the affected binaries with the following commands:

	# cp /usr/bin/ex /usr/bin/ex-
	# cp /usr/lib/expreserve /usr/lib/expreserve-
	# cp /usr/lib/exrecover /usr/lib/exrecover-
	# uncompress /tmp/usr.bin.vi.tar.Z
	# cd /
	# tar xvf /tmp/usr.bin.vi.tar
