DSP troubleshooting,

имеем AS5350 с двумя E1 транками.
при попытке загрузить все 60 каналов, обнаруживается, что более 54-х циска не принимает и отбивает busy tone.
посмотрел show spe и обнаружил странность
некоторые дспшки находятся в состоянии active, несмотря на то, что никаких данных не проходят. ни войс, ни факс, ни модем.
в чем проблема?
ниже ясно видно то, что я выше описал.

вылечилось перезагрузкой по питанию.
