Всех гуру приветствую, столкнулся с проблемой не загружается этот зверь.
Сразу оговорюсь с Cisco вообще дел не имел, пришлось)
после включения выпадает в rommon. При загрузке пишет следующее:

Посоветуйте куда копать и что делать? я так понимаю не загружается IOS. Пытался залить IOS через xmodem, ждал больше 7 часов, и ничего не произошло. ключ у команды xmodem только один:
