NAME

     lmdiag - diagnose license manager problems



DESCRIPTION
     lmdiag is a shell script that attemps to  diagnose  problems
     when you cannot check out a license.  To get started type at
     the Unix shell prompt in the $MATLAB/etc directory:

                         lmdiag -help

     This man  page  is  under  construction  and  the  completed
     version will be a available in a future release.
