Недавно приходилось делать repair table alias; в базе mysql, но после этого всё работало...

Покажите master.cf.
Что такое avfilter? Похоже, что он у Вас не работает:

Вот эти строчки:
smtp      inet  n       -       -       -       -       smtpd -o content_filter=avfilter:dummy
avfilter  unix  -       n       n       -       -       pipe
  flags=R user=clamav argv=/srv/scripts/mail_filter.sh -f ${sender} -- ${recipient}
для чего они? Что Вы фильтруете?
Раскомментируйте строку:
#smtp      inet  n       -       -       -       -       smtpd
и закомментируйте строку:
smtp      inet  n       -       -       -       -       smtpd -o content_filter=avfilter:dummy
и почта должна начать ходить. Не забудьте postfix reload.
А потом разбирайтесь с Вашим скриптом /srv/scripts/mail_filter.sh.
