Добрый день!
Прошу помощи, так как уже голова не способна логично думать.

Есть сервер на который была установлена Freebsd 7.2.
После пересборки ядра с опциями (netgraph, ipfirewall) система перестает грузиться вылетая с ошибкой mountroot

Выполненяю команду ufs:da0s1a все стартует и работает.
Fstab проверил, изменений нет и файл не поврежден.
После отката ядра начинает все работать.
Попробовал обновить мир и ядро до 7.4, но после пересборки не стартует с той  же ошибкой.
Кто сталкивался с такой проблемой?

Судя по тому, как у вас взаимопроникли два сообщения об ошибке, у вас конфликтуют два каких-то устройства в ядре. Поэтому без конфига ядра сказать что-то внятное невозможно. Подземный стук.

Во-первых, не трогайте геом в опшнсах.
Во-вторых, посмотрите /var/run/dmesg и оставьте в ядре только те устройства, которые там обнаруживаются. Конечно, если вкомпилить в ядро все мыслимые рейд-контроллеры, то заглючить может...
