помогите плиз, настраиваю ftp сервер (proftpd 1.3.0a) на Fedora 6 с авторизацией по паролю

Регистрация проходит успешно, но вот записать в католог и стереть ничего не могу, причем точно такойже fpt сервер подныл на виртуальной машине с Fedora 4 и там все записывается и стирается, права доступа к /home/ftp/ftpusers одинаковые (drwxr-xr-x 2 ftpusers users 4096 Мар  3 16:55 ftpusers)
Помогите поныть в чем тут штука, может из за версии Fedora ?
