A large oil & gas company is looking for Web Master and Consultant (location: Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk), Higher education (Technical in Computing or Information), good English, 3+ years of experience with Web development, Website maintenance and support, HTML, JavaScript, ASP/ASP.NET, knowledge of Microsoft FrontPage, Adobe Photoshop, experience with MS-Office applications. Develop, manage and coordinate the Intranet Web to improve internal communication and information distribution, administering and coordinating the intranet environment, including access control, content management and conformance to standards, Control, support and maintain the dynamic web environment, assisting departments in organization of effective intranet communication, providing consultancy for the dynamic web and business communications environments, providing consultancy in for general Web and Web publishing issues, coordinating the group of Web Focal Points and provide training and assistance, developing standards, documentation and training courses for the intranet, researching, and implement new approaches to information organisation and publishing on the company’s Intranet.
