A large oil&gas company is looking for Telecommunication Engineer PBX (location: Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk); higher education (degree in electrical engineering or similar); good English; In-depth technical knowledge of telecommunication and data networks; 3+ years experience in the field of telecommunications; project management experience is an advantage; Specify, scope and cost new infrastructure and data communications projects; pepare project documentation and plans for the execution of Voice (PBX, VoIP) infrastructure projects; peforms design of voice communication requirements, programs PBX and adjunct software to meet more complex user requirements; mnitor PBX system performance to assure dependable and uninterrupted operation of telephone communications; mantain company’s numbering plan.
