A large company is looking for Program Manager, higher education, Good English, 5+ years Project management experience, managing projects and teams of 20 people or more, working with customers, excellent project management skills, knowledge of formal project management methodologies (SW-CMM/CMMI, ISO9001, MSF, RUP, others), understanding of Web technologies, Java and J2EE technology, UNIX/Windows environments, database technologies, relational databases, SQL, Oracle/Sybase/DB2. Heading program of large dedicated team of some projects, managing/coordinating the work of Project Managers responsible for projects delivery and development; monitoring execution of development with high quality and process maturity standards; organizing and maintaining the relationship with client representative.
