As a result of our growing, we are looking for Windows System Administrator.

Major responsibilities:
•    Develop, support and enhance automated system administration functions such as server provisioning, monitoring, alert generation and configuration management
•    Provide technical support as needed on a wide range of issues concerning servers, system performance tuning, and application software installation and support
•    Act on monitoring systems alerts and warnings and actively assume ownership of problems and issue resolution
•    Security management and mitigation in a heterogeneous environment and an evaluation of emerging security options
•    Provide detailed documentation of systems and application configurations – new and existing
•    Assist in developing and testing DRP for critical services
•    Work closely with other members of IT Operations teams (Networks, UNIX, TeleComm, Support, HelpDesk) to support the architecture and operational practices of the enterprise

This position requires a strong background in Windows server technologies and active participation in the day-to-day management and operations of associated services. A successful candidate should possess a strong sense of responsibility, work on complex projects independently, willing to learn and be forward-looking.
Successful candidates should meet the following requirements:
•    5+ years of System Administration experience
•    Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
•    Experience with key Microsoft Windows Server technologies in heterogeneous enterprise environment
•    Expert Windows Servers (2000/2003) background
•    Expert experience with Active Directory Services
•    Experience and/or exposure with Microsoft Exchange 2003, LCS 2005 (including MS Office Communicator), IIS/Apache/Tomcat, Microsoft SQL and Reporting Services, ISA, MOM, SUS servers and services
