As a result of growth our company looks for Senior Technical Support Engineer.

We welcome the candidates who meet the following requirements:

•    Knowledge and experience in RDBMS (Oracle, MSSQL, DB2), knowledge of SQL
•    Understanding and experience in different OS like Unix SUN and W2k, W2k3, others.
•    Ability and willing to get new knowledge and experience working within a multinational company
•    Good English skills (reading, writing, communications skills)
•    Understanding of enterprise routing in Voice (telephony) networks will be a plus

Previous experience of working in Software Technical support – considered as plus but not mandatory requirement, candidates working in the past as DBA, System\Network administrators or developers may fit into our search scope
