As a result of growth our company looks for Technical Support Engineer. We welcome the candidates who meet the following requirements:
• Knowledge and understanding Telephony, VoIP (SIP, H323).
Deep knowledge of SIP:
a. Sessions and common call flows
b. Transfer call flows in SIP
c. Offer/Answer Model in SIP will be a plus
d. knowledge of SDP purpose, basic level
e. Methods of DTMF transmitting in VoIP, basic knowledge will be a plus
f. H323 networks structure knowledge, basic level will be a plus
• Understanding and experience in different OS like Unix SUN and W2k, W2k3, others.
• Experience network systems support, network protocols (voice network experience will be a plus)
• Knowledge and experience in RDBMS (Oracle, MSSQL, DB2), basic knowledge of SQL will be a plus.
• Good English skills (reading, writing, communications skills)
• Logical thinking
Previous experience of working in Software Technical support – considered as plus but not mandatory requirement, candidates working in the past as DBA, System\Network administrators or developers may fit into our search scope
