Test NVRAM card [y/n] ? y
The solution is to issue the write erase command and reload the router. If the issue persists, the hardware needs to be replaced.

хм... у тебя тут и BUS ERROR...

проверить память
загрузить другой образ

ну а дальше я не спец по таким моментам... если ничего не помогло, я обратился бы в саппорт
