Помогите, пожалуйста с проблемой:
Есть подключение к оператору, с ним поднят BGP пиринг для доступа в инет, кроссировка сделана по оптике, но установлены медиаконвертеры. На канале возникают ошибки, но только под нагрузкой траффиком, что может быть причиной? Скорость канала по договору 20 Мбит/с, при траффике более 7 Мбит/с возникают потери, уровень не большой - порядка 50 пакетов из 10000. На "пустом" канале ошибок нет.
Схема:
Cisco 2821  - Cisco 3560 - конвертеры "медь-оптика" - Juniper MX

На Cisco 2821 и Juniper организованы сабинтерфейсы для BGP пиринга.
Конвертеры Olencom mc100, попробовали заменить - ничего не изменилось. Скорость стоит в auto, ошибок на интерфейсах нет, только на порту коммутатора, подключенного к циске есть некоторые ошибки:

Интерфейсы Fa 1/0/1 и 1/0/2 подключены к 2821. На остальных портах ошибок нет.

Подскажите, может быть проблема в этих ошибках? Стоит ли на конвертерах жестко установить скорость и дуплекс (оператор уверяет, что не надо)?
