Стоит Apache/1.3.22 (Unix) PHP/4.0.6 rus/PL30.9 на RedHat 7.2
И он постоянно презагружается, постоянно шлется почта руту что apache restarted.
В логах пишет:

В настройках стоит:
MinSpareServers 50
MaxSpareServers 80
StartServers 50
Server-status показывает:

Помогите пожалуйста!! В чем може быть проблема!!!! Промежуток между рестартами от 2-3 часов до 30 секунд.
PS Машина Dual P2-350 1Gb RAM!!!
